1-Year Workmanship Warranty
This warranty covers the installation of your metal building and any installation-related issues that may arise within the first year.
Covered:
- Improper framing, alignment, and anchoring
- Leaks
- Hardware and trim issues
Not Covered:
- Damage from improper site or foundation prep
- Damage from severe weather
- Damage caused by modification
10-Year Tubing Warranty
Our 10-year tubing warranty protects your structure's framing from rust-through for ten years.
Covered:
- Rust that penetrates your framing
- Structural failure as a result of rust-through
Not Covered:
- Surface-level rust or damage due to neglect
20 and 40-Year Paneling Warranty
Our steel building panels feature UV-resistant finishes and are guaranteed for a period of 20 years on our standard paneling and 40 years on our thicker 12-gauge upgraded paneling.
Covered:
- Peeling paint or flaking due to a manufacturing defect
- Rust-through caused by coating failure
Not Covered:
- Rust-through as a result of cuts or scratches
- Damage from standing water and poor drainage

Our 1-year workmanship warranty provides peace of mind, covering any issues that may arise during the installation of your building. If you notice issues like leaks, misaligned framing, or loose hardware within the first year, we’ll make it right. Please note that it doesn’t cover issues caused by poor site preparation or extreme weather conditions. So if your slab wasn’t level or a tornado rolls through, that’s outside the warranty scope.
You’re covered for a solid 10 years against rust that eats through the frame. This means if the tubing fails structurally due to rust-through, we’ll handle it. But surface-level rust from scratches, neglect, or not keeping your structure clean and maintained? That’s not covered. Keep an eye out and give your building a little TLC from time to time.
Absolutely. Our panels come with a 20- or 40-year warranty, depending on what you pick. If the paint peels or rusts through due to a coating issue, we’ve got it covered. Just keep in mind—damage from standing water, scratches, or poor drainage isn’t included, so good site prep really matters.
