Long before I sealed the deal with Art's Prime Steel, I knew that this was the company that I wanted to follow through with. Art and his team were exceptional in every facet of this process. Any questions I had were promptly answered. The team went above and beyond when helping with decisions to help me stay in budget and still have the building I wanted. The workers who erected the building, I watched them "feel" for correct fitment around the door trim for a proper appearance. I witnessed this take place even in areas that are not easily seen. The guys cared about the quality of their work! My building is a 30W X 50L X 16 Tall at the walls. A 14H x 12W and a 10H x 10W roll up door on the front and a 30 x 80 inch walk-in door on the left side. The materials are of better quality than I expected. The roll up doors operate smoothly. The walk-in door has a smooth and positive latching engagement. The East Tennesse weather this year did cause delays for everyone in the area but once they started erecting the building, they pushed through the weather and completed my build in 3 days. In my opinion, the experience with Art's Prime Steel Structures cannot be topped by anyone else. Thanks to Art and his entire team.

We purchased our first building from Arts 2 years ago. That process was fairly smooth and any issues were resolved professionally and quickly. This time around, I had quite a time with Taylor and James. Taylor completely blew me off and sent me a quote that was nothing like the building I had inquired about. I felt like I had to chase her down and bother her to get a response. When I told her that I was upset about wasting my time, she told me she'd have a manager call me. I didn't receive a call but the more I thought about my experience, the more frustrated I got so I called to speak to a manager. James (the manager)was off the charts rude, unprofessional, combative, and absolutely out of line when I attempted to tell him about my 2nd experience with Arts prime steel. I hung up the phone and wanted nothing to do with this company! I had left a 1 star review and contacted SEVERAL other companies because no matter what, we need 2 more buildings. After a few days of my review being posted, Art himself reached out to us directly. It was an absolutely smooth, no stress, easy process! His integrity is top-notch! He actually cares about his business and his customers. We ended up purchasing both buildings from Arts again and we are very excited to have them built and add pictures to this review!

Couldn't be more satisfied with my building from Arts PrimeSteel Structures, from the first phone call to get me started to the last call to make sure everything was up to my standards. Once the weather broke and I was able to get the slab poured Arts guys verified i was ready to go, I'll admit i was a little standoffish about the 30 day installation from when the concrete was ready but they proved me wrong with 2 weeks to spare. So if you or anyone you know needs a building or any type of steel structure make sure to give Arts a call. If Art happens to be busy no worries Mandy will be standing by to help with anything you need.

I picked Art's Prime Metal Structures while interviewing various companies because of the personalized follow up and patience while helping me select the size, style and color of my building! It also added more confidence when I was getting follow up calls from Art himself. But what really sealed the deal with the 5 star review was when Meagan took control of the order with the scheduling, delivery and installation. We had some bad weather that required us to reschedule the installation and Megan ensured I was put back on the schedule ASAP. I would use them again for sure.

James and the team at Arts prime steel structures were great to work with and the crew that came out to do the installation were very professional and did a great job, we are very happy with our building even when some problems came up with my county inspectors they weee on top of it to point me in the right direction. Unbelievable the work that was accomplished in one day! My retired contractor husband's dream came true with the 3 car garage install. I told him it was about time someone built him a garage and he was pleased. Kudos on the work team, pleasant, funny, courteous and professional. So I'm back again, we later purchased gutters from the Gutter Barn affiliated with Prime Steel I talked my husband into gutter guards. How the miscommunication with Zeb happened I will never know. I told my husband no gutters without gutter guards. The crew showed up without a prior commitment on the day of installation. I requested the gutter guards on his text and was ignored. From the 1st contact call with Brandi to finally installation date(9/24/2024 Brandi was on top of everything. She answered every question about the metal structure I was looking at right down to every change request I made and showed with structure pictures of the final building. She gave me the down-payment info..I paid it and boom the contract signing time was about 20 minutes on line. Brandi also gave turned me over to Connie @ Allegacy Credit Union and in minutes I was financed..Wow also a incredible Company. Then I called Brandi about the time frame and she talked with the co ordinator who said the week of the 23rd. Along with Brandi there was Ashlieh, doing heads up a d gave the exact date of 9/24/ 2024. So9/23 I headed to SC..Ashieh called about 230pm while I was driving to SC and said the crew would be late the 23rd..(Look people no one does turn around time like this company) I went over the plans with SELVIN, about 8pm the 23rd. The crew came to work about 730 . After getting the structure up the 24th I noticed that a change needed to be made so I could drive in the structure...I told Selvin ...He agreed...Then called Ashlieh ... she called and confirm the changes.. Wow, now you talk about a company that knows how to satisfy a client..(IN MY 78 YEARS ON THIS EARTH, I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED CS FROM NONE IN ANY KIND OF BUSINESS...Hey, I got followup emails, text and calls while work was in progress... And let me also say that the 3 young men were fast, professional, and super nice and the structure was fished at 4pm.Thats another wow for the crew. After the job was done I got a followup call from BRANDI and she made sure that I was satisfied with everything...I know this is long, but we'll deserved and I must say to anyone who reads this. Prime is the best I've delt with so far . Iam in hillsville va .so I had them to install the center rv metal carport and built it into a very nice barn . Art’s Prime Steel has been great. Taylor is great to work with. She was fast with quotes and questions and got me the best price for the quality of product.

I have been searching for a building to fit my budget for 3 weeks now, finally came across Art's Prime buildings. They were the only ones within my budget, and very professional. Josh created my design and made all necessary changes to accommodate my budget. The owner of the company, Art, spoke with me and made sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. I will post pictures once my build is completed. Thanks to Art and his crew for making my building affordable. Everyone else who I spoke with was at least 5k higher then Art's Prime Buildings.

I decided to buy a metal building to store my boat and various other things so I did research online. I came up with six different companies. Sent an email to all six. Josh Croom from prime Steel structures replied quickly, and started asking questions. We had a good basic design, started before any of the other companies even started to reply. That has been several weeks now and only one of those has replied since and I told them I am going with Prime Steel structures because they have stayed up with me the entire time and reply normally within 24 hours. I am very close to having the building installed. I am very happy so far with everything. I was very skeptical at first, because of the attention I was getting all of a sudden and thinking all companies would be like that, but that was opposite of what actually happened. I have a neighbor that I have told about Prime Steel structures and who I'm dealing with and they are thinking about buying one. Also, I would recommend this company and Josh Croom to anyone.
